Let me just start off with how much I LOVE first 48 sessions! The lifestyle approach, the squishy newness of the baby, the yummy hospital room light, and capturing the magic of those first few days with a new baby….I just soak it all in! This sweet boy was a little over 24 hours old. I had such a great time capturing Jamison’s mommy and daddy and grandparents loving on him…how could you not cuddle that little boy! The first few days with a new baby are overwhelming – getting used to this new little creature and their demands, trying to find a schedule and routine, getting to know and bonding with them, all while running on little to no sleep…it is hard. But in between all that chaos is true beauty. Snuggling that sweet little soul that you’ve been waiting on for 9 months is magical. I think the most heartwarming moment from this little session was when mama was feeding Jamison a bottle because he hadn’t quite mastered breastfeeding and tears were just falling from her face because she wanted to badly to nurse him…that love and devotion is like no other!
This little guy warmed my heart and I am so excited for his newborn session!

These are simply spectacular in every single way. I got super teary eyed – I’m 33 weeks pregnant and this post made me so anxious to meet my little one. BEAUTIFUL job, and a huge congrats to the family!!
