Adalyn – 16 days new

Sweet Adalyn! This baby girl was one of the teeniest newborns I have photographed thus far. Not sure exactly how much she weighed at her session, but it was under 5lbs! She was born at 33 weeks and spent 2 weeks in the NICU, I still am amazed at how well she did! Preemies hold a special place in my heart, I remember the long two months my twins were in NICU. Going home without your baby is one of the hardest things you’ll ever have to do…and the day you finally get to bring them home is the best! Needless to say, it was wonderful being able to do this sweet peas session so soon.

Thanks so much mom and dad for allowing me to capture these precious moments for you! I have enjoyed my time with your family and can’t wait for your next session to see how big miss Adalyn got!
